Tyre-Derived Rubber Chips, Graded, Wire-Free and Application-Ready
Shree Vinayak Enterprise manufactures three grades of recycled tyre rubber chips, each produced through a full tyre processing cycle that includes primary shredding, granulation, steel wire removal, fibre separation, and size-classified screening.
0 to 10 MM Tyre Crumb Rubber Chips

Overview
Our 0 to 10 MM grade is produced through secondary granulation of pre-shredded tyre material, followed by precision screening to achieve fine, uniform crumb rubber output. The result is a clean, wire-free rubber granule with consistent particle size distribution. This is the grade specified most often for sports flooring, impact-absorbing underlays, artificial turf infill, and bonded rubber surface systems.
Features
- Fine crumb rubber with controlled particle size distribution
- Wire-free and fibre-free processed output
- High packing density for bonded and loose-fill systems
- Excellent shock and impact energy absorption
- Vulcanised rubber composition that is inherently durable and flexible
- Suitable for both indoor and outdoor surface applications
Applications
- Sports & Athletic Rubber Flooring Systems
- Artificial Turf Crumb Rubber Infill
- Rubber Mat & Tile Manufacturing
- Running Track Surface & Base Layers
- Impact Attenuation Underlays
- Playground Safety Surfacing
- Bonded Rubber Paving & Path Surfaces
- General Industrial Crumb Rubber Use
10 to 25 MM Tyre Rubber Chips

Overview
Our 10 to 25 MM grade is produced from primary tyre shreds that have been granulated, wire-separated, and screened to the mid-range particle classification. This grade combines the structural bulk of larger tyre chips with the processing refinement needed for consistent drainage, infill, and surface applications.
Features
- Mid-range particle size with consistent screening tolerance
- Wire-free output through magnetic separation processing
- Good drainage and permeability characteristics
- High resistance to mechanical load and impact
- Weather and UV-resistant vulcanised rubber composition
- Minimal long-term maintenance requirement
Applications
- Drainage Base Layers & Filtration Systems
- Construction Infill & Sub-base Applications
- Industrial Flooring Underlay & Surface Systems
- Landscaping Ground Cover Installations
- Civil & Road Infrastructure Projects
- Commercial Outdoor Surface Development
- Tyre-Derived Aggregate for Engineering Applications
- General Industrial & Commercial Rubber Use
25 MM Tyre Rubber Chips

Overview
Our 25 MM grade represents primary tyre shreds produced from initial shredding of whole scrap tyres and screened to retain the coarse chip material. These chips carry the full mechanical strength of tyre rubber in its most structurally dense form.
Features
- Large-format tyre shreds with maximum impact absorption capacity
- Dense vulcanised rubber structure for heavy-duty performance
- Steel wire separated through magnetic processing systems
- High resistance to UV, weathering, and outdoor environmental stress
- Long installed service life with no degradation under normal conditions
- Permanent outdoor installation suitability
Applications
- Playground Impact Attenuation & Safety Surfaces
- Civil Engineering Fill & Embankment Construction
- Erosion Control & Slope Stabilisation
- Heavy Landscaping & Garden Installations
- Industrial Yard & Ground Cover Surfacing
- Public Park & Recreational Area Development
- Tyre Chip Fill for Civil Works
- General Heavy-Duty Industrial Use
Quality
Tyre Processing Standards That Drive Product Consistency
The quality of a finished rubber chip is determined by the precision of every step in the tyre recycling process, not just the final screening pass. At Shree Vinayak Enterprise, we operate a processing line that covers whole tyre intake assessment, primary shredding, secondary granulation, magnetic steel wire extraction, textile fibre separation, and size-classification screening. Each step is managed to defined parameters.
Our customers do not need to sort, clean, or reprocess what they receive. The chips arrive graded, wire-free, and ready for direct application because that is what proper tyre recycling processing should deliver.
